Looking for that "nice simple dessert"? It's here! Cookies, Shakes, Sundae's and drinks....the Buy 5 cookies get 2 free is probably the best deal. You get any round, flat cookie in that offer. I chose the walnut chocolate chips and peanut butter cookies and there are more choices.....Pleasant staff and steady stream of people. Miracle Mile Shops...lots of choices...Enjoy

Just called to see if they could accommodate cookies for about 40 people. Was treated extremely rudely and I was even asked “do you work here?” like I was a spy or something? This employee was carrying on other conversations without actually putting me on hold so I didn’t even know if he was talking to me or someone else the whole time. Kind of speechless about this experience. This is the first one-star review I’ve ever given to any business - ever. If the business owner is reading this it happened with a male employee at 3:05 pm on 5/18/19 (as a business owner myself I would want to know!).

Nestle Toll House is similar to Mrs Field's, but on a more tone down look. No screaming red and white signage, but both have freshly baked cookie smell. Depending on how big the holiday is they have some seasonal to large event selection. No discount for day old or after hour last hurrah sale. Dark chocolate chunk is my weakness. Nice staff without long wait time is why I come to satisfy my sweet tooth craving.

Worst customer service I've ever had. The supervisor in charge on Saturday night was a chump. Dude was strait out lazy and didn't want to help anybody out.
